About the founder
Kaufmann Consulting was founded by Wanja Kaufmann, an experienced consultant and former politician with over a decade in the field. Originally from Sweden and Switzerland, Wanja has been active politically in both countries as well as on an EU level, bringing a rich background in local, national, and international politics, Since 2024, Wanja is based in London, where she lives with her partner.
Beyond politics, Wanja has worked with Sida in Stockholm, the Swedish Embassy in Albania, and most recently with the PR and public affairs firm Westander, where she advised clients in the renewable energy sector.
